Kit Description
The XE8000EV121 is a tool to evaluate the capabilities of the SX8723/24 ZoomingADC™ Analog-to-Digital Converter. This allows the user to immediately get a first hand experience in handling the SX8723/24 for applications like pressure sensing and temperature sensing or any sensing applications.
Included in Kit
The XE8000EV121 board gives access to all pins of the SX8723/24 and provides all the hardware interfaces needed to evaluate it. It also includes a CD-ROM that contains the Graphical User Interface (GUI). This gives the user a clear view of the registers content and allows the using of all modes and commands described in the SX8723/24 datasheet.
Not Included in Kit
External Power Supply - The user can power up the board in several ways (USB power coming from the PC, Connection using a male 1.3mm DC connector, 3.0VDC Lithium Battery (CR2032 type), or External source applied on the VDD_EXT pin of the digital interface) provided the user properly places the jumper on the desired Power Supply Selector. Caution: Do not use more than one jumper at a time.
